After payment, a confirmation of your order will be sent to you. There is a waiting period for your strap to be made between your order confirmation, and subsequently to the delivery. Waiting time varies, but averages around 2 weeks from order confirmation to shipping. You will be personally mailed by the owner, Sylvester, regarding your waiting time.

At the moment, only payment through debit/credit cards are accepted through the payment gateway Stripe. It is 100% secure and easy to use. Customers based in Singapore have the additional option of payment through bank transfer, or cash and carry at my workshop.

Please email order@rusticleathersg.com with your order number and details for a cancellation to be processed.

For international customers: registered shipping is free for orders with 2 straps and above.
For customers in Singapore: Normal mail is free for all straps while an additional $3.50 SGD is charged for registered mail.

Straps are shipped worldwide by Singapore Post registered article (air). You will be notified of the tracking number once the strap has been crafted, inspected and mailed.
